Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Zimmer, einer separaten Küche, einem Bad mit großem Fenster und einem Balkon mit Blick in den grünen, ruhigen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Alle Zimmer sind vom Flur aus zu erreichen, hier befindet sich auch noch ein kleiner Abstellraum. Die Küche inkl. Elektrogeräte (auch Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine) muss gegen einen fairen Abschlag übernommen werden. Haustiere sind hier erlaubt und müssen auch in der Tauschwohnung erlaubt sein, da ich meine beiden Katzen ungern eintausche :). Außerdem ist ein Balkon oder eine Terrasse ein Muss! Alternativ haben wir auch noch eine 35qm große 1,5 Zimmerwohnung für 670€ warm in zentraler Lage in Mülheim zum Tausch zu bieten :)

Die Interessentin muss mindestens ausreichend Deutsch sprechen und meine Vermieterin (eine sehr nette Person) muss mich mögen und ein ausreichendes Einkommen zum Leben nachweisen. Im Gegenzug suche ich eine langfristige Wohnung in Berlin, idealerweise mit einem Zimmer und einem separaten Sozialraum und in oder in der Nähe des Rings, und einer maximalen Miete von 900 EUR Kalt. Die Ablösevereinbarung ist je nach Angebot der Wohnung verhandelbar.
