Other than that it is a really quite neighborhood with good public transportation with the Tram (25) right next door and the subway (U1) a few hundred meters (Wettersteinplatz) away. Grocery stores (Rewe) are also close by and a bakery shop is just across the street. The Isar can be reached on foot or bike in a few kilometers. The rental costs include utilities. German: Derzeit nutze ich diese Wohnung als Arbeitszimmer, da ich in einer anderen Wohnung im Keller wohne. Ich mache allerdings ein Sabbatical von Februar bis Juli 2025 :) In der Zeit wäre es kein Problem, dass ich einige Möbelstücke und Inventar, z.
